Grants Manager, Melissa A. Nieves, is critical to the operational leadership team for awards development and financial growth. Melissa has been employed by Mount Sinai for over 13 years. She currently oversees all elements and phases of the grants cycle at HPI.MS, from pre-award submission to grant closeout. Previous to this, Melissa was a Project Manager at the Institute for Next Generation Healthcare, where she managed federally-funded grants and academic research collaborations. Prior to Mount Sinai, Melissa held a dual position for eight years as Supervisor and Legal Assistant at a residential and commercial real estate law firm.
