Bio

Manbir Singh is the Associate IT Director for the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Health at Mount Sinai leading the information technology team and overseeing all IT-related activities including strategy, development, and infrastructure. With over 13 years of IT experience, he manages and harmonizes IT operations at HPI·MS and also leads the AIR.MS – AI Ready Mount Sinai team on the creation of a new research platform. Prior to HPI·MS, Manbir dedicated his efforts to lead and oversee all IT-related activities for the Genetics and Genomic Sciences Department at Mount Sinai consisting of over 700 users by strategically managing and implementing various pipelines and processes from point A to Z to overhaul the department’s functionality and its support for technical needs and its users.
